Pimalai Resort And Spa: Rooms OverviewThe resort features 75 lavishly appointed rooms and suites offering king-size and twin beds, all decorated in classy contemporary Thai style design.
Hillside Superior Room (64 units)
Sixteen clusters of two-storey buildings of southern Thai style architecture, containing four rooms.
Each air-conditioned room has 48 square meters of living space with polished teak wood floor, rich Thai cotton upholstery, Bamboo curtains, and beautiful Siamese artifacts.
The bedroom equipped with king size or twin beds open onto a large balcony equipped with wooden furniture and a cooling overhead fan. The adjacent large bathroom includes bathtub, separate walk-in shower and toilets.
Other features include personal safe, tea & coffee making facilities, direct dial telephone, piped in music, remote control satellite T.V., hair dryer, clothes line, refrigerator, minibar, cotton bathrobe, slippers.
Bay Front Deluxe Room (4 units)
With stunning views on the Ba Kan Tiang Bay & Beach, each air conditioned deluxe room, equipped with king size bed has more than 70 square meters of living space and offers refined Thai style interior design. The large bathroom features a bathtub overlooking the bay, separate walk-in shower and toilets.
Other features include personal safe, tea & coffee making facilities, direct dial telephone, piped in music, remote control satellite T.V., hair dryer, clothes line, refrigerator, minibar, cotton bathrobe, slippers.
Pavilion Suite (7 units)
With superb views on the Ba Kan Tiang Bay & Beach, Pavilion Suites are available in combinations of one (2 units) and two bedrooms (5 units), offering a living space from 110 square meters up to 170 square meters. A separate lounge with outside wooden sun deck open onto the bay as well as onto a private miniature garden planted with ferns and tropical plants.
A corridor leads into the bedroom and the bathroom. Featured in the oversized bathroom is a bathtub overlooking another secluded manicured garden which is also equipped with an open air shower. All suite master bedrooms are equipped with a king size bed; in the Pavilion Suites 2 Bedrooms, the second bedroom is equipped with twin beds and also features a second oversized bathroom of the same design. The second bedroom is well detached from the main building and therefore offers comlete privacy to its occupants.

Beach Villa

Pool Villa
Sitting on the hill, just above the existing Pimalai resort, the one, two and three bedroom Pool Villas set in a serene rain forest, offer unrivalled ocean views, magnificent sunsets and all round total privacy.

Pimalai Resort & Spa is spectacularly located, deeply nestled in the lush Ba Kan Tiang Bay. Just 70 kms south of Krabi Airport, the resort is set in 100 acres of natural tropical surroundings with direct access to 900 meters of unspoiled pristine sandy beach.
Transportation
This transportation can be arranged by the resort; it consists of a 50 minutes drive from Krabi Airport followed by a 35 minutes scenic ride along the east coast of Lanta Island on the resort's private air conditioned boat.
Krabi Airport, 65 minutes. Phuket Airport, 2 hour minutes, Trang Airport 90 minutes. Saladan village and nightlife 20 minutes. Blenchamp Waterfalls 55 minutes. Wat Tham Seua 55 minutes. Ferry pier to Phi Phi Island and Krabi 15 minutes. Transfer on to Ao Nang plus 45 minutes.Diving ferry pier, 15 minutes. Diving, kayaking, snorkelling and island hopping to the National parks can be arranged from reception. Motorbikes and hire cars allow you to explore Koh Krabi Province at your own leisure.

Freshly caught grilled seafood and a variety of light stir fried Thai style dishes are also available at dinner time.
